The We Campaign describes itself thusly: The We Campaign is a project of The Alliance for Climate Protection – a nonprofit, nonpartisan effort founded by Nobel laureate and former Vice President Al Gore. Our ultimate aim is to halt global warming. Specifically we are educating people in the US and around the world that the climate crisis is both urgent and solvable.
Since the We Campaign is effectively a grass-roots effort aimed at tackling climate change head-on, it is actually a vast network of volunteers, bloggers, politicians, businesses, and so on. Michelle is a regular civilian member of We, and is also an affiliated blogger for the site. As a grass-roots group, the We Campaign spreads it’s news through emails and blogs. Because Michelle actively supports the goals of We, she now receives news from the site to report to you. If you’d rather have a more direct way of getting all the news about the We Campaign, head over and sign up for their email list. If you’re looking for ways to get involved, well, they can help you with that, too.
